Women's Ministry

The Women’s Ministry at WMBC seeks to encourage women in a vibrant relationship with God through Jesus Christ. There are various opportunities throughout the year to serve, fellowship, and grow in our relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our Women’s Ministry meets on the third Monday of each month, 7:00pm, in the WMBC Fellowship Hall.

The ladies enjoy fellowship and laughter together during lunch on the last Tuesday of each month.

The Women’s Ministry host a Missions lunch at the church once a quarter throughout the year. The Missions lunch is held on a Sunday for fellowship and to collect donations for the local and foreign mission opportunities within the church.

October Events:
Asheboro Shelter of Hope: This month’s Women’s Ministry meeting, October 21st, will be held at our local Shelter of Hope (133 West Wainman Avenue, Asheboro) at 6:00pm as the ladies serve dinner at the men’s homeless shelter.

Honoring Educators and School Staff: October 27th, prayer and breakfast at 9:45am in the WMBC Fellowship Hall to honor all the school staff and teachers within the church. Make plans to stay afterwards for Sunday School!

November Events:
Missions Lunch: November 10th, following the 11:00am church service, a covered dish lunch with all donations supporting the postage for our Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes with Samaritan’s Purse.
