Come see a Man...The Savior of the World
Whites Memorial Baptist Church Reopening Plan

We’ve created this plan to help you have detailed information about our efforts to provide a safe on campus worship experience for you and your family.

-We are having a limited opening starting May 31st with one service at 11am

Entering the church for Worship
-As you enter the church you will be greeted by a door man who will open the door and instruct you to wait to be seated by one of our ushers.
-Only the door man/ushers will open the doors
-The doorman and ushers will be required to wear a mask and gloves for the safety of our congregation.
-The congregation may wear masks if they feel they are needed.
-We encourage anyone wanting a mask to bring one.
WMBC will have masks available for anyone who needs one.
(these are throw away masks, and we ask when services are over these be thrown away in the trashcan)

-As you are seated you will be asked to sit only with your family and leave space to allow for social distancing.

-We have closed off every other pew in order to stay within the social distancing requirements.

- We ask everyone to maintain six feet of social distancing as you move into and out of the building.

-We encourage everyone to bring your own hand sanitizer. Even though we will have hand sanitizer available, we encourage you to bring some as well.
-We will have hand sanitizing stations in place

-We request for the consideration of everyone’s health that no one shake hands

-When the service is over, the congregation will be dismissed by row, starting at the back of the sanctuary working forward.
        - As soon as your pew is released, please exit the church.  We ask that no one congregates in the church.

Offering
-As you enter the foyer you will see a table with a box for you to drop your offerings in.
-We will have offering envelopes available on this table.

Nursery
-The nursery will be available for changing purposes only
-There will be an attendant in the nursery to clean after every use.

Cleaning
-As soon as everyone has left the building we will have a volunteer cleaning crew clean and disinfect the sanctuary, bathrooms and nursery

-If you have any concerns or health issues, we strongly recommend you remain at home and watch our services on Facebook or our website.
